*Chinese Sugar is referred to as 'Shop' in the policies.
♥ PURCHASES
1. All prices stated in the shop are in Singapore Dollars.
2.Prices stated are the nett prices.
3. Prices are non-negotiable.
4. Prices stated exclude the item's postage rates.
5. Shop does not entertain exchanges, returns or refunds.
6. Customers are advised to use the individual measurements of each product stated on the website as a size guide before ordering.
7. Shop does not offer 'Meetups' for collection of purchases.
8. Shop does not offer 'Reservation' service on items.
9. Items for which payment has not been made within 24-hours from time of issued invoice, will be released to the next buyer.

11. Shop reserves the right to reject the sale of any item to its discretion.
12. Shop mails purchases only to the Mailing Address details provided by customers and is not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate addresses provided.

♥ POSTAGE
1. Postage is by Singpost.
2. Postage options are Normal or Registered mail.
3. Shop strongly recommends that you opt for postage under "Registered Mail".
4. Shop will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items delivered through "Normal Mail".
5. Shop will provide only refunds, exchanges, returns, or vouchers for items delivered and lost through "Registered Mail".

8. For Clothing: Normal Mail rates is SGD1.50 for the first item, and SGD1.00 each for every additional item purchased.
9. For Bags & Shoes: Normal Mail rates is SGD2.50 for the first item, and SGD1.00 each for every additional item purchased
10. Registered Mail at SGD2.24, is added to the total Normal Mail rate.
Calculation for Purchase of 3 items through Normal Mail:
Price of item 1 + $1.50 + Price of item 2 + $1.00 + Price of item 3 + $1.00 = Total Payment
Calculation for purchase of 3 items through Registered Mail:
(Price of item 1 + $1.50 + Price of item 2 + $1.00 + Price of item 3 + $1.00) + $2.24 = Total Payment
♥ DEFECTIVE ITEMS
This policy refers to items with manufacturing defects, which are determined by the shop.
If you have received a defective item, exchanges for the same item or a voucher of similar item value will be issued, which is only subject to, and after the shop has established that your item indeed possesses a manufacturing defect.
We will certainly do our best to prevent this inconvenience to you by checking the precious pieces before sending them on their merry-way to you!
The shop cannot, and will not be held responsible for items damaged after-sales.
